You can choose any keyword as long as it is not already in use by another SimpleTexting customer. The keyword can be 3-20 characters long, with no spaces, special characters, or punctuation. It can be a combination of letters and numbers, but not ALL numbers. A keyword usually reflects the name of the business or contains some other association with the promotion.
