First, check if your theme has a banner feature. Some themes have a banner feature built-in while others you have to download an app in the store.

1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

2. Click on the Header section.

3. Search for something like "announcement bar" or "banner settings." Then just add your copy and a link to your landing page. Be sure to check "Show announcement."
