Carrier fees are surcharges that wireless carriers apply to traffic on their networks and are out of our control. For US and Canadian local and toll-free numbers, this is applied to outbound traffic and we process these fees for our customers and pass them through with no markup.

On dedicated short codes, this is applied to outbound and inbound traffic on some Canadian carriers. We process these fees for our customers and pass them through with no markup.

These fees affect all text messaging providers.
