Contact cards, also known as vCards, provide an easy way for your customers to save your contact information, including your phone number, directly to their devices. With just a few taps, they can create a new contact entry that includes your name and logo.

After that, all future texts you send will appear alongside your name and logo!

Here’s how to set your Contact Card

  1. Click the Contact Card icon, which can be found under different sections such as keywords, campaigns, autoresponders, or the inbox. You can send your Contact Card from any of these areas.

  2. Fill in the details you want included in your Contact Card. At a minimum, you'll need to include your name. We highly recommend adding your logo. You also have the option to include a website, email, and notes. Click Save.

  3. After configuring your Contact Card, return to the message you intend to send. Click on the Contact Card icon once more to insert your card into the message. Complete the rest of your message as usual and then hit the send button.

When your contact receives the message, all they need to do is tap the contact card within it. They will have the option to create a new contact with your details and simply tap "Done" to save it.

Campaigns, autoresponders, or text-to-join keywords

To send a Contact Card from a campaign, autoresponder, or keyword confirmation message, be sure to flip the toggle to MMS.

An important note if you have multiple numbers

Keep in mind that Contact Cards are associated with specific phone numbers. If your account utilizes multiple phone numbers, you'll need to set up a Contact Card for each one.
