We take spam seriously, and continuously review messages for suspicious activity. Occasionally, good messages get mixed in with the bad apples!
How long does it take for a message to be reviewed?
Our compliance team works hard to review all flagged messages as quickly as possible. During business hours (9AM-9PM ET), this shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. On the weekends, our business hours are 10AM-5PM ET.
If you sent a message outside of business hours, it will be reviewed first thing the next morning.
Note: Although our weekday business hours are until 9pm, we have support team members manning the monitoring system until at least 2am EST.
