How can I add a contact to multiple lists?
1. Go to the Contacts tab and click All contacts.
2. Enter the contact’s name in the search bar on the right side.
3. When you click on the contact, you’ll see their contact details. From here, click the drop-down menu “Connect to list.”
4. Click on the list you want to add the contact to, or create a new list.
What happens when I send a text campaign to multiple lists that have overlapping contacts?
If a contact is on more than one list and you send a single text campaign to all of those lists, the contact will only receive one message from that campaign.
If a contact is already in SimpleTexting and I upload a new list that includes them, will it duplicate the contact?
No, if you upload a list with a contact that already exists in your account, they will simply be added to the new contact list without creating a duplicate contact.
In other words, one contact would belong to both lists after uploading the second list.
