We're no strangers to omnichannel communication. After all, we provide support by phone, chat, email, and SMS. 😊

So—you want to use your SimpleTexting number for call forwarding...

By default, all SimpleTexting accounts come with a dedicated toll-free number capable of sending and receiving texts. These numbers cannot be used for call forwarding.

But wait! It's still possible (and easy) to use one number for both voice and SMS.

Although there's no option for you to set up call forwarding inside your account, our team will be happy to set it up for you.

If you already have a 10-digit landline or VoIP number you'd like to use, just reach out to our support team. We'll verify it's yours, text-enable it, then connect it to your account. This process shouldn't take more than 24 hours.

If you don't have a number, you can acquire one from AVOXI.com (or your preferred third-party). Learn more here.
