The Team Performance Analytics Report is a tool to help you analyze your incoming and outgoing messages, figure out if someone on your team should be using fewer credits, and keep your customer communications healthy and efficient.

The report includes records of messages sent and received, and you have the option to filter by specific dates, team members, and phone numbers.

Here are some examples of how other SimpleTexting users use this report:

  • See which sales reps aren’t reaching out to enough prospects to meet sales goals

  • Track which team members receive the most replies so others can learn from their strategy.

  • Identify which support staff members are resolving customer requests by the number of closed conversations.

  • Check conversation volume per team member month over month to determine whether to hire new staff or refine processes.

Let’s get into the details:

Time Frame

Want to see somebody’s activity in a specific time frame? Select the start and end dates under the “Time frame” section.

Team Members

Choose whether to see information from all of your team members or just a few individual teammates.

Important Metrics

The Team Performance Analytics Report allows you to see data on two key metrics: messages sent from the inbox and messages received.

This includes your total number of 1-1 manual (non-automated) messages from the inbox only.

  2. Messages Received

All conversations in this category must be assigned to a team member.

  3. Conversations Opened
The number of times conversations are opened or reopened.

  4. Conversations Closed
The number of times conversations are closed.

  5. Conversations Initiated
The number of new conversations initiated.
