The Team Performance Analytics Report is a tool to help you analyze your incoming and outgoing messages, figure out if someone on your team should be using fewer credits, and keep your customer communications healthy and efficient.
The report includes records of messages sent and received, and you have the option to filter by specific dates, team members, and phone numbers.

Want to see somebody’s activity in a specific time frame? Select the start and end dates under the “Time frame” section.
Choose whether to see information from all of your team members or just a few individual teammates.
The Team Performance Analytics Report allows you to see data on two key metrics: messages sent from the inbox and messages received.
This includes your total number of 1-1 manual (non-automated) messages from the inbox only.
All conversations in this category must be assigned to a team member.
The number of times conversations are opened or reopened.
The number of times conversations are closed.
The number of new conversations initiated.
How to Access the Team Performance Analytics Report
In your SimpleTexting dashboard, navigate to the Analytics tab in the left menu. Then click on “Team performance” in the top menu.
Here, you’ll see the options described above. Make your selections and click “Export CSV.” Now you have your team’s data all in one place!
