To make it easier for our customers to send messages tailored to their audience and the channel, we createdAI Assist. AI Assist is an AI-powered SMS generator that requires no copywriting experience and is super easy to use.

Here’s how it works.

1. To start generating SMS copy with AI Assist, head to Campaigns and select ‘New’ to start setting up a new campaign.

2. Once you’ve named your new campaign, hit “Generate message” under AI Assist and enter a short prompt for the AI Assistant to start generating your SMS copy.

For best results, add your business name, the purpose of the message, and your desired action.

In the below example we made it clear who the message is from (a beauty salon) and the purpose of the message (offer a 10% discount available on Friday afternoon).

3. Once you have written a prompt, select Generate messages and choose the message you prefer, which will populate the text message field in the Campaign composer.

4. Back in the Campaign composer, tweak the message as needed, adding links and other important information.

5. And you’re done. Select ‘Next’ to review your campaign, number of contacts and credit and hit ‘Send’. For help with sending Campaigns, check out our help article.
