This is the message sent to a subscriber who responds to one of your messages with HELP. This message must include your business name, program name, stop instructions, monthly message frequency, the “message and data rates may apply” callout, a phone number, and a website to access additional help.

The HELP response is not able to be changed, as it is a system response. The HELP response will give the subscriber your company number to call for help.
