What happens if I need more messages than my plan allows?

You can upgrade to a different plan by logging into your SimpleTexting account on a web browser. After you log in, click on the Settings button in the lower left-hand corner. Then select Billing, Change Plan, and select your new plan. From there, select Update Plan, and you'll be good to go. 😃

You can also upgrade your plan by clicking on the Plan button on your SimpleTexting Dashboard

When you upgrade your plan, you’ll be billed right away for the prorated amount (the difference between your current and new plan). You’ll receive a bill for the new plan amount on your next regularly-scheduled billing date, which you can see by navigating to Settings > Billing.

Note that the Settings button is only available to account owners and managers. All changes are reflected in your account immediately.
