How do I assign conversations to a team member?

We know it’s important to work together, without getting your wires crossed. Here's how to assign a conversation to a team member.

Once a team member has accepted your invitation, you can assign conversations to them. Here's how.

1. Go to the Inbox.

2. Navigate to a conversation in the inbox, select the dropdown at the top-left. All you have to do is select the name of the team member from the dropdown. You can also choose to assign it to yourself.

3. Done! The conversation will now appear in your team member's inbox.
