You'll be able to see all open conversations assigned to a team member by using the filter in the inbox.
1. Navigate to the Inbox.
2. Select the "Show all" drop down.
3. Select the team member's conversations that you'd like to view.
You can easily see any conversations assigned to a team member by filtering within the inbox.
