When you send a message from the inbox you want to know whether it's been sent or not. With these inbox status messages, you don't have to guess.
Failed to Send
Occasionally a message fails to send. This can happen because your recipient's phone number is invalid, you lost internet connection, or because your message includes restricted content.
You may see different error messages depending on why your message failed to send. For more detailed information, you can contact [email protected].
You'll see this status when you've scheduled a message to send at a certain time in the future.
If you click on the three dots beside the message you'll be given the option to send immediately, change the time the message is scheduled to send, or delete it.
