When you send a message from the inbox you want to know whether it's been sent or not. With these four inbox status messages, you don't have to guess.
This status lets you know that we've sent your message to the carrier and are awaiting confirmation from them that it's been delivered to recipients.
Sometimes when a message takes longer to send you'll see an additional note letting you know there's been a slight delay.
When a message has been successfully sent you'll see the following status underneath as well as the time it was sent at.
Failed to Send
Occasionally a message fails to send. This can happen because your recipient's phone number is invalid, you lost internet connection, or because your message include's restricted content.
If you click on the red icon beside the message you'll get more information on the particular reason it failed to send.
You'll see this status when you've scheduled a message to send at a certain time in the future.
If you click on the three dots beside the message you'll be given the option to send immediately, change the time the message is scheduled to send, or delete it.
